Absolutely terrible. Super unprofessional, went in to inquire about any apartments available and all five of them that were in the office were all staring at me giving me dirty looks like I was weird for even walking in there. They don't answer their phones which was why I went into the office. Super unprofessional, to the point where they should be embarrassed by the way they conduct themselves.

Management company SUCKS! All they do is take your money and they do not care about their tenants! The heat system is no good in the winter. If you do decide to stay here, you better build a good relationship with the superintendent!

Management is absolutely terrible! They never answer their phones and they won't call you back if you leave a voicemail so don't even bother. For the rent you pay for these apartments, you could go elsewhere and find something much more updated and live in a building where you don't hear rats within the walls.

NEVER EVER RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The management is completely incompetent and take sometimes years to have anything fixed properly. If you are reading this, don't even waste your time by checking out any of their properties. It's the same story across the whole city. Re: Comment from Roger H. of Kings and Queens Apartments below. The super of 4242 80th st is rude, impolite and terrible, he acts as if everyone must appreciate him and he mentioned the truth is everyone needs him, he doesn't **** need them. When my apartment needs maintenance, he responded slowly and took three days to get to my apartment to check it out. Besides, my package which was left by my door was opened.

Don't take risk to move in 6420 Saunders Street Rego Park California building!! It is a second-hand smoke, freezing and noisy building! Rude people smoke in the building and you have to live with horrible secondhand stink smoke every day that fill in your room. They don't run heat during the cold night. You never get response from the management. They rise up your rental fee by 10% next year and you were told it was a rental stable building when they wanted you to sign the lease....It is not a LIVABLE place!

unbelievably worst service, very rude ladies don't care about their business or you. on the website they say office closes at 6pm but they will tell you you re late i am going home at 4:30pm before you say a word!!!! I like our super But the maintenance office people are nasty and irresponsible at all. I would suggest for the business and future cash inflow their boss should fire them ASAP

This management is company is shoddy. Though they charge market rent, their properties are cold in the winter (old windows/poor insulation/too little heat). I was unaware of the black mold in my bathroom when I moved in. It had been painted/plastered over but not treated properly. Even when they wanted access to the apartment to work on the existing complaint (filed by the tenant before me),they told me they were fixing a leak-not covering up mold. Take pictures of everything--before you move in and when you move out. I am still fighting to get my security deposit and its been over a year since I moved out. All of my calls, voicemails and letters have gone unanswered.
