ZERO!!!! Apartment prep at TULANE when I moved in this Feb. The entire apartment was in complete unsanitary conditions. First thing I literally had to do was go to the store and clean the entire bathroom so I can use it first thing in the morning before going to work. Then the tiles on the bathroom kept falling over, maintenance responded to my claim on Resident app and slapped some caulk and called it a day. Last I check as a repairman you need to fix the dam hole in the drywall then use GROUT! the bathroom is still a mess ... read more

I stayed in the Tennessee building. Rent with Kings & Queens is more expensive than most apartments in the area, and gas and hot water is not even included in the rent. All utilities are separate. When something is broken, we have to contact maintenance multiple times. It seemed disorganized because the porter wouldn't show up at the appointed time or was vague on when he would show up. We can't wait in our apartment all day for him to arrive because we have work and errands to run, so on many occasions, we would miss each... read more

I would love to be contacted by somebody from the company since I continue to have an ongoing issue and have been stonewalled by Ramkarran Ikram and am told he is the end-all be-all of decision makers for my building. He has completely ignored all my phone calls and emails for months.

While I love the aesthetic of my apartment, I have had a horrible experience with Kings and Queens management since moving in 5 months ago. To start, it's so obvious they cut corners in preparing the apartment for my move in. The paint on the walls is extremely cheap and my refrigerator never works (I'm now on my second refrigerator unit which had to get repaired). These are things that can be fixed, easily. I lived at this property for five years. Let me start with the good. The entire maintenance staff is awesome, except for Hector (more on that later). The entire door staff was exceptional, especially LaSalle and a young Latina woman whose name escapes me. The exterior of the property is well maintained, minus the former pool area that could have been a pool or a park if the horrendous management company ever did anything about the space. This company is worst company for Apartments.after you sign lease every month they keep sending you extra charges for water for lobby Maintenance For anything they are thefts for anything please don't take apartment from this people

The Brussels staff is very nice, but Kings and Queens Management Office is the absolute worse management company I have ever dealt with. Since we moved to this building we have had nothing but problems with them. They took us to court AFTER we paid our rent and when my attorney contacted them they were supposed to drop the legal proceedings and erase the late fee they assessed. The never erased the late fee and every single month have charged me a late fee for that one late fee. Which is illegal. I've tried so many times to ... read more

The worst landlord and the worst building I ever lived in(The Maple) They have mice and vermin. Elevator is constantly breaking down...they just worked on the elevator for two days and hopefully it will be checked and working tomorrow...We had to go to citymd for my husband...very sick...and we could not go because of the elevator being out of service..It should only take about a day to fix...This goes on too often..laundry room is disgusting...machines are broken...this is a slum building and they present it in their ads ... read more

The management of King and Queens is horrendous. They don't pick up your calls whenever you call them.Their billing system sometimes charges you twice for the same bill. The maintenance services are also the same once you submit a maintenance request it takes them at least a week to even notice and sometimes they don't answer at all.Additionally, the apartment complex itself is always filthy has dog piss and excrement on the floor along with the occasional giant cockroach running about or dead on its back.Once you get into ... read more
