This management company is the worst of all slum lords. They don't return phone calls and break a-lot of laws. I was informed they set up independent electric meters for every apartment with out proper permits. They give you a lease and say electric is included then they don't honor it. They paint no parking in the street and take parking spots for months for there construction with huge dumpsters. They don't have permits for those and that i can attest to, they don't have because i investigated it. I have 3 kids and they do... read more

By far the worst mgmt company I have ever dealt with. We lived in one of their properties for years, paid on time (full rent, not assisted), never caused problems, etc. They refused to acknowledge weed smoke coming through the vents when we have little children. Eventually the cockroaches were infesting our apt and the entire building and they did little to stop the problem. Do not move here. The apartments are not renovated....you will see 10 layers of paint....Extremely overpriced.....the photos are fake. There is no mucrovawe not even a fan in a kitchen with no windows. No dishwasher either. Horrible building pretending to be a nice one.

Appointment at 6pm, no one shows up. No one to call at their office, no number for the super, the 24/7 line told me to just go home because I'm just wasting my time waiting. Don't waste your time, this is your only warning from me.

Kings and queens management is the worst. Do yourself a favor and steer away from this no-fee rental. There's no on site Super for the Birch, they are very rude and unprofessional. Also, don't expect getting back your full deposit, they will zoom in on the smallest holes on the wall and overcharge claiming that " it's cheaper than using outside contractors". Originally, I wanted to rent out an apartment from "The Bucknell" building in queens but after meeting the folks from the "Kings and Queens Apartment" leasing office, it is safe to say that I won't be renting out anything that is within this companys' control. Since the beginning, everything had already seemed suspicious to me. I'm glad i came across these yelp reviews to validate my suspicions. Since the day I have moved in starting October 17 I have had brown tub water. I communicated this to this numerous times they told me to "let the tub run. I pay 2050 for a one bedroom in the Tennessee building, mind you, they got the nerve to try to raise my rent up from 2050 to 2200. Every year they are going to raise the rent until 2400. Not responsive management! They don't answers phones, never call back. I've leased a unit about 5 months ago, my life is turning to a misery. Inconsiderate people live in my building, and the management is not taking any responsibility to regulate those tenants. I'm stuck here :(

Don't expect to get much of your deposit back! Was a loyal tenant For eight years, paid my rent on time all of the time! When I moved out nickel and dime every little thing to give me back as little of my deposit as legally possible. Oh and they threatened legal action. Do yourself a favor and pass on these guys
