Profesional real state agency. Jennifer Hernandez helped us find the right apartment for us. She is very professional and efficient. The apartments are well maintained, clean and reasonably priced. We are very satisfied with the service.

I have lived in the Washington building for 27 years. It has never looked better nor run smoother thanks to our superintendent, Maskur-Al-Maktoum! No matter what time it is, day or night, he responds very quickly to emergencies and follows up diligently. I see him working long hours doing work other superintendents would not attempt. He is extremely mechanically inclined and I am sure he saves the company bundles of money! At first my sister & I where worried about Kings & queens based on the reviews but it turned out to be the best experience ever! When I first called to ask about some apartments I was speaking to Ruth, the first apartment we were shown wasn't our taste because it wasn't renovated at all, it was a huge apartment but just not our style. So I asked Ruth to show us a renovated apartment, we saw this 2BR in the Maryland building, which we loved & asked if we can get this apartment. I have rented at the Brussels and Marseilles apartments for about ten years now. During this time, I saw the transition from when the leasing office was known as "Better Life" under another director to its present name as "Kings & Queens" with Ruth as the new captain of the ship, and I can say wholeheartedly that Ruth has absolutely transformed the customer experience. Probably one of the best experiences in the difficulties of finding an apartment. From the moment they picked up the phone to speak to us to the signing of contracts they were nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When we viewed the apartment, the super was just as friendly and told us all about the building which made us want it even more. The whole process of setting up an appointment, viewing , doing all the paperwork was incredibly organized and the staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with. The super was waiting for us to show us the unit and he was also super nice as were the doormen. All our questions were answered , paperwork was ready and the process was simple , professional with a lovely personal touch. Very impressed.

I currently live in one of their Brooklyn buildings. I worked with Robert Madrid and Erin in the Brooklyn leasing office and he was outstanding to work with. His team was effective and hands on. The application process was swift and no nonsense. They were extremely diligent and took great care with my privacy concerns regarding my data. I had a pretty decent experience with this management company. I got an apartment in The Brussels, which is billed as a "luxury" building in Rego Park. Other than the attended lobby (more on this later) and the circular driveway with fountains in it, it wasn't really that luxurious.
