❗️1640 Ocean Pkwy. 🚩 Never move in! Overpriced, no heating, no hot water and weak pressure! Especially the alcoholic super who does nothing, they only throw out trash and pretend to work. Requests sent to the site are marked as completed.

These people are only nice at lease signing. After that, you're on your own. No one will answer you or be able to help you and repairs will stay incomplete. We have had two holes in our ceiling and severe water damage from an upstairs leak for a month now. They don't care. Please don't complicate your life. These people are thieves and rental scammers, I never lived or knew of this management company, etc. I just found out they have been cashing my rental checks, mind you I never lived there , nor have I ever applied.. let alone never knew this place ever exist. They have been stealing my rent check for almost an entire year. I just called today to inquire, and as soon as I said my name the women immediately hung up the phone.
