STAY AWAY!!!!! Kings and Queens will milk you for every penny. I made the mistake of moving into one of there buildings in Sheepshead Bay worse year of my life the Super Gabriel doesn't care about the building after 4pm he isn't around and when you need repairs done it takes days and never does anything properly he is a shoe maker. I now am suing them for my security deposit, After leaving there apartment spotless the claim I left damages. stay away from anything that they are managing. Garden apartments in forest Hills has a horrible super who is arrogant and a jerk. The super is lazy and does not respond to anything timely, if ever. There has been water leaks for over 3 years and my renters insurance claim was denied because of it. The entire building is overrun with large water bugs/cock roaches. The entire 7th floor has sustained significant water damage. The property management is unresponsive and do not accept accountability for anything. Terrible company, rent at your own risk. I am not going to get into it now, as I am still battling with them over their stupidity, but will write a full review when it is resolved. All in all, I highly recommend staying away.

They are the scum of the earth. There are mice in the building. I got taken to court for a bookkeeping mistake they made in 2011 and never explained though I called for months and they assured me they would take it off my bill. I've seen them yelling at the staff several times when staff does a great job, just to be total assholes because they could.

I live in one of their buildings. Location is really good, 2 blocks away from a local subway stop and only a 10 minute walk to an express subway stop, very close to local delicacies. For the amount of rent we used to pay, it was a really good deal. Now that they decided to raise the rent by more than $100 and stop including electricity in the rent, it's no longer a good deal, just an OK deal. I rented there for 2 years in the California Building and they are the WORST!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Kings and Queens Apartments are owned by Lefrak Another friend of mine rented in the Washington Building (98 st) -- also had a horrible experience. AND EVERYBODY KNOWS THAT THE MISSOURI (Aka the Misery) is terrible to begin with) They will literally steal your money. This company is a complete mess!!! no management skills no regard for tenants. and when winter comes the heat and hot water is a joke!!!!!. i know people who live in the pj's that get consant heat and hot water. do your self a favor dont rent from kings and queens rentals!!!!! trust you wont regret it.

This is the worst company to rent from lived in the Bucknell building in Flushing. The apartment was falling apart. The super never comes and fixes anything. Then he lies to management and tells them you werent home after i took a day off and waited all day. There are roaches and mice in the building. My packages were always stolen when i order things through the mail. AKA"THE SUPER". The management constant sends inspectors to you house all times of night to verify that you are living in the building. This place is a nightm... read more

NEVER rent anything managed by this corporation or owned by Lefrak. It took me two years to get back on my feet after the experience with this company, so I can finally write the review.
