Review I believe u need a 5-7 day grace period for rent.. living paycheck to paycheck sometime the check doesn't hit by the 3rd and we truly don't know excatly how much the water bill is every month... being charged 35.00 for keyless entry is not something I agreed to.. you did the update not the tenants shouldn't have to pay for this

Timberwalk The parking has become horrible it’s too many reserved parking spots in certain areas n not enough convenient parking for tenants.Nice quiet area n Location but it’s becoming extremely expensive as each year you renew your lease there is a rent increase.Maintenance must have been replaced because sometimes the garbage cans by the mailboxes are overflowing with garbage. There are also new tenants moving in who leave their trash outside their doors n clutter this was never allowed when I first moved here
Timberwalk Love this place!
Pretty happy overall. We are pretty happy with just about everything. Unfortunate that the rise in prices made it inconvenient for our moving plans, but pretty much everything else is a good thing here
