lack of effort valet trash owes the residents 21 pick ups that they have missed and been payed for - iapartments equipment is garbage plus the residents have to supply have of the equipment for them - the office does not ever respond to phone calls voice mails or emails / this complex needs an overhaul from the corporate level to the manager to maintenance at timberwalk - no security is availiable here as well S3 drives thru the complex in less than 7 minutes and sits at the front gate - the point being to this is it is well... read more

Noisy neighbors, overpriced I've lived in the complex for three months. It's an older complex that has been lightly renovated, so it's not perfect. The best thing in the complex is all the old trees. It is definitely overpriced -- over $1300 for 600 square feet. You're really paying for the fact that it's gated and in a decent area. The noise has skyrocketed since I moved in. Never again Places is ok just doesn't contact you back whenever you out in a work request over night. They simple just say it was solved and don't let you know how. As well they never answer the phone unless you call 8 or 9 times even if you leave a message. So all in all not worth the price tag. Houses run cheaper.

Very poor Great location, very very poor service. Maintenance caused us $120 to have our internet repair which was never refunded to us as promised. Communication is absolute garbage, waited weeks for responses which I never got. Maintenance allowed the iaprtment members in without permission which damage was caused to our place because of it. Could do better Parking is ok most days but unless someone just left I usually have to hunt for a space, there some decent facilities but i haven't gotten around to using half of them, the maintenance team is nice and gets things done but whoever gets apartments ready for you to move in needs work, they used the cheapest paint ever it peels off on everything in my cabinets and my bathtub was also painted its also peeling and they didnt clean before they painted doors or anything else.
