Love it here! Awesome apartment complex! Great maintenance and a feel good vibe. Spacey apartments! Only bad thing I can really say is the parking is usually packed and tight and (in my complex) there is a lot of kids screaming and running out front but it doesn’t really bother me. And the people above us can be noisy at times. But with that being sad it’s still an amazing place! 8/10!

get rid of gate the card system makes no sense it causes delays at the entrance and keeps no intruders out. anyone can drive in behind resident and there is foot access allj over
So far so good Love the view- the location and how friendly the staff is. Were in one of the unrenovated homes so its hard to complain but I just wish the floors were level.

Great Place to Live- Little more to ask for I've lived here for 6 years. I love my building and work closely with our administration to keep it great. The Timberwalk team addresses each of my requests and concerns promptly and with concern for the community. I appreciate their commitment to keeping our property clean, friendly and safe. The one thing I protest every year is the bulk water billing and I am not crazy about the trash valet. They hear about it once a month at least and don't hold it against me. Maintenance review For David W. He helped me twice, once on Thur w/ my air conditioner overloaded w/ water, soaking my bedroom closet carpet, fixing the problem and calling Creative out to soak up all the water and spray disinfectant. Left me an industrial size fan to finish up drying only to have to come back today as my washer broke and soaked up the carpet again. He fixed that and kept the fan on for me. Not satisfied Not satisfied with last minute notifications of complex work/maintenance, give one week at least, not one to two days. About "Eco friendly" installation, you STOLE my light bulbs, I bought. The parking lot needs a speed bump in front of our building #3, Its used like it's a throughfare (as fast as they can to get around to their buildings), people are not driving with the courtesy of the building they drive by residents walking or parking. Please take this under consideration.
