An amazing area Nice and pleasant staff. Located in a nice area, a lot of friendly people here. Prices in Florida for apartments are 2 high for one's wages. Need to look at wages instead of areas marketed (they aren't priced right) for the pay here in the state of FL.
Great employees, bad company The whole staff has been polite and efficient. A+ to the leasing office and maintenance staff. The company running the property on the other hand is greedy and intrusive. Forcing "amenities" on residents that were not asked for, like trash service and the "smart home" (which dont always work correctly) and in turn adding more charges to the overall rent is greedy and shady. Perfect Apartment Complex This is what I consider a wonderful place to live. The staff is great!!! Maintenance is nothing like I have seen elsewhere; you call them and it is done. Environment is immaculately clean. Love this place.

Love it here! Awesome apartment complex! Great maintenance and a feel good vibe. Spacey apartments! Only bad thing I can really say is the parking is usually packed and tight and (in my complex) there is a lot of kids screaming and running out front but it doesn’t really bother me. And the people above us can be noisy at times. But with that being sad it’s still an amazing place! 8/10!

get rid of gate the card system makes no sense it causes delays at the entrance and keeps no intruders out. anyone can drive in behind resident and there is foot access allj over
So far so good Love the view- the location and how friendly the staff is. Were in one of the unrenovated homes so its hard to complain but I just wish the floors were level.
