Timberwalk The parking has become horrible it’s too many reserved parking spots in certain areas n not enough convenient parking for tenants.Nice quiet area n Location but it’s becoming extremely expensive as each year you renew your lease there is a rent increase.Maintenance must have been replaced because sometimes the garbage cans by the mailboxes are overflowing with garbage. There are also new tenants moving in who leave their trash outside their doors n clutter this was never allowed when I first moved here

Pretty happy overall. We are pretty happy with just about everything. Unfortunate that the rise in prices made it inconvenient for our moving plans, but pretty much everything else is a good thing here
Absolutely Love it Here!! I have been living at Timberwalk Apts for about 2 years now and I absolutely love it here. The staff and maintenance team are the best ever! I really enjoy the peace and quiet here. The amenities are excellent!! I have the best view from my patio overlooking the pond. I'm so glad that I found this place!!
An amazing area Nice and pleasant staff. Located in a nice area, a lot of friendly people here. Prices in Florida for apartments are 2 high for one's wages. Need to look at wages instead of areas marketed (they aren't priced right) for the pay here in the state of FL.
Perfect Apartment Complex This is what I consider a wonderful place to live. The staff is great!!! Maintenance is nothing like I have seen elsewhere; you call them and it is done. Environment is immaculately clean. Love this place.

Great employees, bad company The whole staff has been polite and efficient. A+ to the leasing office and maintenance staff. The company running the property on the other hand is greedy and intrusive. Forcing "amenities" on residents that were not asked for, like trash service and the "smart home" (which dont always work correctly) and in turn adding more charges to the overall rent is greedy and shady.
