Great Place It's great, quiet
Great place to love. I have lived here many years and love it.
Good for the price We have lived here for almost a month now and find it to be alright. It is nice that it's gated, although the gates stay open during business hours so really anybody could still come in. The office staff is nice and helpful, as well as maintenance. When moving into our apartment there were many things that needed to be fixed (clogged drains, broken ice maker, cracked fridge drawer, etc. ) that should've been taken care of before we moved in, as it wasn't quite move in ready. Timberwalk at Mandarin Apts Noise level is bothersome with the amount of dogs barking! Windows have never been washed.
