Great apartments. Doesn’t feel like apartment complex, feei I love it here. The staff is outstanding and very nice helpful people. The manager is more hands on than any manager I have ever had to deal with. She is nice and keeps things running smooth!

Great Nothing but great service
Good Location, Good Staff, Rent Increase #1 Issue Timberwalk has been an excellent community for us. However, with the rising prices of rent everywhere in the area, we did expect the complex to increase. However, with the size and comfort of the apartments themselves, any higher rent than we pay now is starting to become a bit ridiculous. I understand that our rent covers more than just the space we occupy, but while we want to remain and move into a larger apartment in the complex, the rent hike is looking to be just too hi... read more
It’s alright This is my first apartment and it’s alright. Staff were very friendly at first, not much to say about it.
New move in. So far things are okay. So far we've found an outlet that doesn't fully work. The dishwasher can't open fully due to the oven. And the mounting hardware for most of the drawers in the kitchen/bathrooms are antiquated. But having new appliances, a nice sink, and a decent sized living area and fireplace make up for it.
