Quiet and Serene The staff is always nice and helpful if needed. They respond in a timely manner and the community always has events for the holidays for the residents.
Friendly, Location, Affordable I moved in Timberwalk at Mandarin just about a year ago and have very much enjoyed my experience here. They have been very accommodating and helpful with any questions, concerns, and even updating on new construction around the buildings. I have also been able to enjoy the several different food trucks that have stopped by and excited for the next one.
I have loved living here Timberwalk at Mandarin is tucked away in a wooded area that is private and quiet. The staff is personable and quick to help if you should need anything. Super pet friendly and the neighbors are great. Pool is always clean and parking is always available. The apartments are nice and my cat loves the screened in porch. I have really enjoyed living here.
