Quiet and Serene The staff is always nice and helpful if needed. They respond in a timely manner and the community always has events for the holidays for the residents.
Friendly, Location, Affordable I moved in Timberwalk at Mandarin just about a year ago and have very much enjoyed my experience here. They have been very accommodating and helpful with any questions, concerns, and even updating on new construction around the buildings. I have also been able to enjoy the several different food trucks that have stopped by and excited for the next one.
Piping is old Piping was old had issues with skin and hair even when adding a top tier water filter. Over all an old feeling living in the apartment. Mold built up fast and we didnt have the option to change out carpet after being there for over 5 years. Overalll living at the timberwalk property was peaceful that was kept up well. Also a job well done with the new garbage dispoal area being made handicap accessible.
