Verified Renter I’ve lived here for four years and I wish I had a better experience. The way the office admin changes hands so frequently, things get swept under the rug. The best thing about Timber Point is the price, but you get what you pay for and there is so much left to be desired.
Verified Renter These apartments have roaches/mold and they are bad! Don’t live here they keep the hallways dirty full of trash and everything!! And they don’t come fix anything and if they do they take forever to come fix anything !! Save your money and go elsewhere u will be glad you did !
Verified Renter The space is great. The pool has never been open. The workout room has never been open. The basketball court you can't use. Management leaves something g to be desired and good luck if you need something fixed.
Verified Renter Maintenance is non existent. Prepare to be lied to (over and over) as excuses for inaction. They will do the LEAST they can. Unfortunately you will no be able to trust in anything you are told as they "forget" and then lie.
Verified Renter probably the worst apartments to live at. nonexistent maintenance, apartments offer nothing themselves no washer or dryer unless you get a 4 bed room. management is awful the place is dirty these apartments just suck. stay away
Verified Renter I have experienced numerous issues with my unit. I've had flooding, mold, and unable to get in touch with maintenance regarding my air conditioning not working. There is fungus growing in the hallway and a wet spot where there is a clear leak that hasn't been looked at for months.
Verified Renter I think management needs to be evaluated and maintenance . Been here 3 years ans nothing has been fixed and I've had orders in since last April. Also they charge you extra and for things you don't know about and when you pay rent then you owe 200 more then you are suppose to pay. If I could get out of here I would but they make it impossible when thr office won't tell you that they didn't deposit your rent because it was off by 1 dollar or whatever. Verified Renter The halls and stairways usually smell like weed. Neighbors will steal your packages without a second thought. If anything breaks you are on your own. Maintenance requests go unresolved. We've had a leak in our ceiling for months. A very nice guy has come by twice now to talk about it. But nothing happens. There's a family of very loud Racoons that have taken up resident in our ceiling and walls. I've very little faith that it will be resolved. All that aside, the area is pretty quiet. Verified Renter signed the lease in september, moved in on the 29th. didn’t have hot water at all until less than a week ago. my apartment has flooded 3 times, and the office people (one in particular but not naming names) are generally dismissive and somewhat rude. they did recently get new ownership and they seem to be bettering the place, but for most of my time here it has not been delightful.
