Verified Renter My apartments not bad I’m glad they have new maintenance because they took forever to fix things before I just wish they’d fix up the hallways

Verified Renter So far so good. No issues to report, the move in process wasn’t bad at all and everyone I’ve come across has been really helpful and friendly.
Verified Renter After moving in I found that there is no laundry room in my building, though I was told that there was twice by staff. When my ceiling was damaged due to water it took awhile to get fixed and the communication was lacking. I had to call and go to the office 3 times before anything was done. Though now that newer and more staff have been hired, things have seemed to get a bit better. Better communication and faster service.

Verified Renter I love the area, and I love Mari in the front office, I just need maintenance to come when they are supposed to. There is still a lot to be done in my apt from my move in and after a month, still no response.
Verified Renter I have a good experience with Timber Point. The service at first was a little slow my first year but now it way better with our new maintenance crew. They are very nice and efficient. Under the new management I I'm seeing better and more efficiency with all of Timber Points management's. Looking forward to seeing the new changes that are coming.

Verified Renter Timber Point has an amazing staff now. New management has really stepped up the repairs on the site. Sam the head of maintenance, is great. He does what he says he's going to do and before time.
