Verified Renter Since Ms. Diamond became the property manager, progress has been made and work requests are being addressed efficiently. Maintenance is well established.
Verified Renter The staff here is very pleasant to work with. The apartments are spacious at a reasonable rent. It is a bit disappointing that the pool is not ready for use (June 1, 2024). It is supposed to be ready by July, hope that is the case. A pool is one of the reasons I moved here.

Verified Renter my resident experience here has been okay. I have had multiple times where I have to call over 20times to get anyone at the office it’s been months since they have came to fix what needed to be fixed when I first moved in. Paying for electric gas and water is a hassle .

Verified Renter So far so good. No issues to report, the move in process wasn’t bad at all and everyone I’ve come across has been really helpful and friendly.
Verified Renter After moving in I found that there is no laundry room in my building, though I was told that there was twice by staff. When my ceiling was damaged due to water it took awhile to get fixed and the communication was lacking. I had to call and go to the office 3 times before anything was done. Though now that newer and more staff have been hired, things have seemed to get a bit better. Better communication and faster service.
Verified Renter Has not been the best but could be a lot better. Communication is by far something they need to work on and getting maintenance request done in timely manner
