Verified Renter I love the area, and I love Mari in the front office, I just need maintenance to come when they are supposed to. There is still a lot to be done in my apt from my move in and after a month, still no response.
Verified Renter I have a good experience with Timber Point. The service at first was a little slow my first year but now it way better with our new maintenance crew. They are very nice and efficient. Under the new management I I'm seeing better and more efficiency with all of Timber Points management's. Looking forward to seeing the new changes that are coming.

Great Staff and Spacious Apartment I have had such a great experience in my time here at Timber Point. The office staff is always so understanding and empathetic. My apartment is much larger for about the same rate as other apartments I have lived in before. Trash sometimes gets out of hand, but maintenance is out there every morning working to get the property back to pristine. I HIGHLY recommend!
Nice retreat in the woods I have been living at Timber Point for over a year, and although they are making improvements throughout the property, I really love this area and I am excited whenever I see the changes happening around the neighborhood. Maintenance gets a little slow at times, but I haven't really had an issue with getting anything fixed. I love my two bed and my neighbors, and the location for the price is pretty hard to beat.
MS The staff work with each family according to their situation. I have been here three years and they have met each concern I have had. I am down sizing to a two bedroom and they are helping find the building that would meet my needs due to me having to use a cane. Thank You
Verified Renter At first everything was fine. However the potholes are atrocious and it's May already. I also don't appreciate not being able to bring my rent in person to the office so I can pay without incurring any fees. Additionally, I ran into problems this morning trying to pay my rent. I went to a payment center, gave them the print out, and when I tried to pay the exact number that was in my Loft app, they told me that it wouldn't accept the amount.
