Verified Renter The area isn’t bad and I didn’t have any problems with theft of packages until recently when a few new tenants moved in. The building upkeep was poor but has improved here in the last month. The carpets in the hallway could use some cleaning. Maintenance is good once they do respond but you’ll be waiting forever to get things done. I don’t really know the staff given it’s changed several times in the 2 yrs I’ve been here but I do favor Latasha she’s the bomb!
Verified Renter I think it's a great place to live for the money!! The parts are big, neighbors are friendly, crime is low, maintenance is very responsive! I would absolutely recommend these apartments to anyone.
Verified Renter For the Square footage it's a great price. People keep to themselves. I haven't had any problems. I lived here on 3 separate occasions over the last 20 years.
Verified Renter Been a good experience overall. The only thing is the pool that we have hasn't been opened, and maintenance was a bit slow at work orders but I think the pool is being worked on.

Verified Renter The staff here is very pleasant to work with. The apartments are spacious at a reasonable rent. It is a bit disappointing that the pool is not ready for use (June 1, 2024). It is supposed to be ready by July, hope that is the case. A pool is one of the reasons I moved here.
Verified Renter Large apartments and private balconies! Great schools and neighbors. Easy move in and quick application approval. The staff is always kind and accommodating.
Verified Renter my resident experience here has been okay. I have had multiple times where I have to call over 20times to get anyone at the office it’s been months since they have came to fix what needed to be fixed when I first moved in. Paying for electric gas and water is a hassle .
