Verified Renter Some issues with late maintenance but they’re getting on the feet’s, overall is a good place to live the apartments are bigger than what you can find out there.
Verified Renter Have had some maintenance issues in the past and they have taken to long to come out and repair or have not addressed at all. Had to fix a few things myself.

Verified Renter I love my neighbor's in my building . I like the area as well. The bus stop is not far from the building and all of the kids walk with each other too and from the bus stop

Verified Renter Good place to live sometimes a little backed up with maintenance but good otherwise. Apartments are big compared to other apartments I have lived in.
Verified Renter The area isn’t bad and I didn’t have any problems with theft of packages until recently when a few new tenants moved in. The building upkeep was poor but has improved here in the last month. The carpets in the hallway could use some cleaning. Maintenance is good once they do respond but you’ll be waiting forever to get things done. I don’t really know the staff given it’s changed several times in the 2 yrs I’ve been here but I do favor Latasha she’s the bomb!
