Do Not Move to this property! I moved in 1 month ago and when I viewed the apartment Abby stated that all of the things I noticed would be fixed before move in well NO absolutely not, the apartment was filthy such as food crumbs left in kitchen drawers, hair from the last tenant in the sinks and showers in both bathrooms , painting was poorly done, a few things which were all minimal issues such as the furnace not coming on, the screen door to the patio, a leak at the washer/dryer hookup were fixed within two weeks but shoul... read more
Bait & Switch We were shown an updated unit,but assigned to an outdated one. Only one water heater per building (12 units) and our unit is VERY old and outdated. Pet waste is not cleaned up, and parking is HORRENDOUS! The only positives are the spacious apartments and Fred, the best leasing agent EVER!!!(He should really take his talents elsewhere!)
Terrible maintenance, no customer service Maintenance calls can take weeks, months, to be addressed, or often just not at all sometimes. I have come home to random workers in my apt for a "request" that I never submitted, with no apology. Office Staff is ok, but management is very rude and not at all helpful. One example of this is my request to be notified before someone enters my apartment. Maintenance, though understaffed and overworked, had a problem actually receiving information that it was my preference because staff ... read more
