Verified Renter Very misleading website. None of the amenities except work out room are available. I chose this place for the amenities. Very disappointed. I most likely will not be resigning the lease come next may. The condition of the hallway of the building is in really bad shape! Carpet is atrocious! Stairway railing is loose and wobbly, not up to code. My apart was painted and that paint job was very sloppy! The fireplace was filled with ash and soot from previous tenants. DO NOT LIVE HERE. STAY AWAY This neighborhood is so trashy. This should be considered as a low income project apartment. The women at the front office always got a nasty attitude we still have all the same issues as far as the apartment needing to get fixed. There’s always shooting and break ins. The police are here LITERALLY here every weekend. They obviously can’t afford the right security to keep the neighborhood safe. If I could give these apartments a negative zero rating I would.
Do not apply to these Apartments!!! The management/ employee skills are terrible. I didn’t get a refund until 4 months of being denied. I called on multiple occasions just to be disrespected and lied to. The employees can’t comprehend and has bad customer service skills. They try to make these apartments look good but they look like they got roaches. Me being denied was a blessing !!!!!!!!!!!!!
do not live here we lived here only 2 months and had none stop bugs and a mice problems that the office never did anything about. I would say don't even waste your money or time moving here.
Poor Maintenance I lived here for the summer of 2021. We had black mold in our shower the entire time we lived here. We put in a maintenance request after about a week and they did not fix it until a week before we moved out. The front door of our building was shattered and never closed. The layout was nice and room sizes were good
Issues The layout is perfect, been without hot water for weeks. Water gets shut off from time to time, trashy grounds, neighbors don't respect the property the building hallway is always dirty they just litter and walk past it. I can't stand walking into my home with shoes on. I don't invite ppl over because I'm embarrassed of the hallway.You get what you pay for
