Horrid Management is office only, never see anyone nor do they fix anything in a timely manner. The apartments themselves are filthy and un-kept, my car was shot by children and the parking is always full and the tow truck is relentless, the maintenance guy said he was just hired and the only one there. Water pipes bust frequently and it gets cut off from hours to days, would not recommend to live here. Constant Break Ins and Violent Crime I've lived here about a year and a half and I have had my apartment broken into twice. Shootings happen frequently and there have been a few reported murders in the last few years. Amneties are poor and management is unresponsive, but that is secondary to just how unsafe this complex is. It is notorious with law officials who have to be called in so often.
Potential Spacious apartments but maintained poorly, Needs renovation and security... there’s been auto break ins, vandalism, fires, the police are always in the area responding to calls.
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE KIDS This is the most dangerous and dirty place i have ever lived. I have had my door kicked in as well as my neighbors. the windows in my car have been busted with glass in my baby car seats. This winter while i was 6 months pregnant, i fell flat on my belly because the pathways are not salted or managed. THIS PLACE IS A DUMP THEY HAVE ROACHES, NEIGHBOR GOT ROBBED AT GUN POINT AND THE APARTMENTS SAID IT WAS HER FAULT. DO NOT MOVE THEIR. THEY HAVE AN ABANDONED BUILDING ONSITE. THEY HAVE BUGS ON TOP OF BUGS IN HALLS, TRASH THROUGHOUT THE COMPLEX. NOTHING FOR KIDS TO DO AND TO TOP IT OFF THEY DON'T FIX ANYTHING. THEY HAVE RACCOONS AND POSSUMS EVERYWHERE! MANAGEMENT SUCKS AND THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. THEY ARE SO USED TO BEING RUDE. I WAS FOOLED AND WISH I COULD BREAK MY LEASE. I WOULDN'T DARE RECOMMEND TO A HOMELESS PERSON!!
DON'T DO IT! First off I have had previous issues with these apartments before I will try to make this as short as possible. It was July 9th and I noticed that something in my utility closet was leaking every time the A/C would turn off. I immediately called the 24/hr maintenance line it was late probably 10pm (if phone records are needed please let me know). Not worth the price or the headache I do not know where to begin. There are many issues that I have with the community. While no place is perfect or without some issue, I hesitate to believe that communities have the vast number of problems that exist at Timber Point. Strongest terms of renter beware I have lived in 6 different apartment complexes in my life. This is by far the worst managed apartment complex that I have lived in. I have had my vehicle broken into on three separate occasions in the past 4 years, with window and interior damage. Another reviewer mentioned the heavy smell of marijuana smoke in the hallways, and I will agree with that assessment. The renovation work is extraordinarily shoddy, at best. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!! This complex needs some serious work! In a desperate attempt to find a place on such short notice, my boyfriend and I choose Timber Point and we couldn't wait to move out and away from this complex. From the start the office staff (which switched frequently during our lease) never followed up when it came to availability and signing lease, move in, etc. The only respectable and caring member left the complex shortly before we moved and she was missed dearly.
