After putting in multiple maintenance requests online from 10/7, 10/8 no one was sent to fix high pitched loud noise from toilet that would never stop from flow valve. Finally they sent a maintenance man on Wednesday 10/16 to replace it, but it was done incorrectly and was flooding out of the toilet a few hours later! Nothing gets fixed The apartment manager is extremely rude and unfriendly. There's roaches everywhere. The mailboxes have now been broken into multiple times they've been broken since May and they're still not fixed. Drug deals go on all night long. A car got shot up last week. There's animal feces everywhere.
Lived here for 2 years. When I first moved in there was a bunch of roaches, broken window lock, shower head was tapped. They gave me a hard time about it I put in my moving notice they want me to pay cleaning fee?! No thank you after going through all that I’m not paying a dam thing. They can use my deposit for that.
No AC for 2 weeks and shower is hot and cold and hasn't been fixed for 2 months emails are slow and not enough notice for disconnect 😕 refrigerator hasn't been fixed since we moved in. The young hires don't know what they're doing. Too much for us old people to handle.
Basic utilities are a mess. I haven’t had hot water for months. The “hot” water warms up around 7:00 AM then cools off around 8:30 PM. Management tells us the underground pipes are the reason which to me means the infrastructure is crumbling and fixing the problem is too expensive or complicated because shutting the system down to make the needed repairs means shutting the water off for days.
Two months ago, i got a letter on my door stating that I did not pay rent when I overpaid the rent. You could barely read the notice and the math was not right. I Called the office to find out what happened, and the man was very rude and said he was not going to help me and hung up. I called the manager, and she was also rude. Neighbors are being loud and office won’t do anything about it
One star is too much. I have roaches, I have had maintenance mam electrocute himself because he didn't turn off the power to rewire an electric socket. Getting someone to fix something takes forever I have one problem after another after another in my apartment, my apartment smells like an ashtray I don't smoke I'm told there's nothing they can do about it it's making my kid and I sick. The place is okay and maintenance is pretty quick to come in for repairs. However, management could make the experience a lot better by being a little nicer in responding to complaints.
