Eh laundry room is always taking our money and never gets fixed. Bathroom still has mold even tho they painted over u can still see it.
Water shutoffs almost weekly. AC usually not working well during hot summer days. Heater usually not warm enough during cold winter nights. Loud neighbors. Tenants allowed to smoke inside their apartments, which can be smelled through the vents and outlets. Car theft and vandalism is at an all time high in the past year has gotten worse. Save your money and peace of mind and rent else where.
I understand that the structure of the building is older, but the water is off regularly. Heat, plumbing, and air conditioning is hard to get addressed. An apartment next door had been empty since January and it's now April and I was told that it will be the next turn schedule. I don't know what that means. Danielle and Tony have been so kind and respectful, but Ms. Veleta is rude and needs some training in decorum.
