The laundry situation continues. The dryers do not dry the clothes. The price went up and the time was shaved 10 minutes. We the renters are left after paying to dry our clothes, with wet clothes. The apartment says there not responsable and the venders are not completing the work orders. It has been over a week or more.
Very dissatisfied!!! When work orders are submitted, they don't comply and are never done. It's a horrible place to live .. .
Everything yal where supposed to do per section 8 . And my family safety hasn't been done. But I bet on the first you want all you rent. This place is ghetto. Holes in screen. Stove left side doesn't work. Toilet blew up first night we moved in on Nov 1. I got bit by spider also. My service animal gotten bit as well. Yal have a lot of no speaking English people working here. Most standing around doing nothing. Trash on balconies. Dumbster way out of range
The worst place I’ve lived in and the staff are very unprofessional and rude as hell .
I lived there for a year and a half. I had my tires slashed two different times with different cars, one car stolen with no help even though there is supposed to be security, and I also woke up to a bullet hole on my car. Although this place is cheap it cost me a lot in damages in my car, constantly had no running water so I couldn’t shower or cook, and to top it off I am being charged so they can remodel the apartment (kitchen and bathtub) for future tenants even though I did not damage it in any way. After putting in multiple maintenance requests online from 10/7, 10/8 no one was sent to fix high pitched loud noise from toilet that would never stop from flow valve. Finally they sent a maintenance man on Wednesday 10/16 to replace it, but it was done incorrectly and was flooding out of the toilet a few hours later! I called and spoke to leasing agent about it and that someone needed to come back and was told by her that Joshua the maintenance MGR was coming over. Nothing gets fixed The apartment manager is extremely rude and unfriendly. There's roaches everywhere. The mailboxes have now been broken into multiple times they've been broken since May and they're still not fixed. Drug deals go on all night long. A car got shot up last week. There's animal feces everywhere.
Lived here for 2 years. When I first moved in there was a bunch of roaches, broken window lock, shower head was tapped. They gave me a hard time about it I put in my moving notice they want me to pay cleaning fee?! No thank you after going through all that I’m not paying a dam thing. They can use my deposit for that.
No AC for 2 weeks and shower is hot and cold and hasn't been fixed for 2 months emails are slow and not enough notice for disconnect 😕 refrigerator hasn't been fixed since we moved in. The young hires don't know what they're doing. Too much for us old people to handle.
