I've lived here for 5 years. My notes. 1. Refuse to fix the laundry rooms. The one next to my apartment hasn't but available for years. All the machines are literally broken and damged. So, it is Just broken machines sitting in it. This has been about 3 years. There is a few good machines though out whole complex, but you have to hunt for them and fight for them. My indoor camera caught someone entering then leaving a short time later. No notification that someone was there Left behind a shop rag Water continued to leak under the sink I checked the lock ring on the disposal, it was loose so I tightened it. Sink stopped leaking while the sink drained, if it doesn’t leak while running the dishwasher I guess I fixed it. You’re welcome.
Everything is fine
This place has been up and down for the last 10 years that I’ve been here. The water and ac has been the main issue over the years. Neither has worked consistently or well. In 2023 during one of the hottest summers in New Mexico the ac went out and management did not offer tenants any compensation or take money off the rent. I went out and paid $500 for my own portable ac, which became a life saver and was used again in 2025. The AC has been out since it was turned on for the summer. The pool was only open for a few weeks before it stopped being maintained and instead of draining it, it turned into a disgusting pond complete with frogs and mosquitoes.
I have no air conditioning. My apartment is unbearably hot. I have been supplied with two small, floor portable air conditioners for the bedrooms. The water in the shower regularly turns frigid. I paid for a covered parking spot and the ceiling collapsed on my car leaving it covered with rocks and mud. When I asked for help, the management hooked up a hose and left me to wash off the debris. Laundry rooms are in shambles. Most machines dont work and rooms are dirty all the time. Given how many people live there. Its hard to do laundry. The heat and air are constantly off and broken for each season. I havn't had hot water in the shower for years. Even though I've made multiple requets. Only positives of this place is the area and the grounds. But the grounds are even going down every year. Used to be really affordable but with the raises in rent not so much.
Window still has not been fixed that my violent neighbor broke after a noise complaint by me. I spoke with Arianna, who called me a nuisance for...being a victim of crime, I suppose, and she claimed maintenance would never fix it because one day my apartment was messy. I would love to see the home of someone who evidently has never heard of cleaning, as this is a transient condition & is no excuse to violate the lease agreement.
