I love the price of rent compared to the market right now. & I love that nobody really bothers me, I’m in my own bubble doing my thing. Water goes out really frequently because the buildings are so old, which is understandable but it’s very frequent.

I came here when I needed a place, and even though I had to pay higher move-in costs due to my lack of rental history - I had shared an apartment with friends for years - I will say I didn’t have a bad experience, but it could’ve been better. One of my most frustrating experiences is the thoughtlessness of some of the maintenance crews (the plumbers). They leave your apartment - bathroom etc - unusable. Please manage the laundry vendor. The machines on the south side of the building are not running for some reason and on the Northside the dryer s are not drying out clothes. 3011 Jane 97111.
