This review is only for the most recent maintenance request, NOT the overall rating of living here. Luis and Michael know what they're doing. Luis went out of his way to not only help with the ac, but he made our toilet so much better by adjusting it somehow so we no longer have to flush it more than once. He even put up with my old man cranky bad day attitude. Thank you Luis, don't let him go! 🙂

I love the price of rent compared to the market right now. & I love that nobody really bothers me, I’m in my own bubble doing my thing. Water goes out really frequently because the buildings are so old, which is understandable but it’s very frequent.
