I have lived here since 2018 and I am very pleased with how quickly the maintenance people respond when I have a problem And the people in the office listen and take care of issues as they come up. This place has been up and down for the last 10 years that I’ve been here. The water and ac has been the main issue over the years. Neither has worked consistently or well. In 2023 during one of the hottest summers in New Mexico the ac went out and management did not offer tenants any compensation or take money off the rent. I went out and paid $500 for my own portable ac, which became a life saver and was used again in 2025.
