My apartment is very spacious it is beautiful and green outside. I really do like living here however they do shut off the water quite a bit. They seem like they're overcharging people for water sewer and trash and you get charged twice for electricity. You have to pay the outdoor electricity but should be in amenity and then you have to pay your own electricity from inside the house. The apartments are kind of old, I really could use an update. When I moved in I was told that they were going to fix the counters and it didn't happen. A tenant before me somehow I have a fire in the kitchen and the cabinets are all charcoal black. They're super cute you can tell that they're still from the 50s. Our toilets are way too small feel like I'm going to the bathroom on a preschool potty. Maintenance was super nice and they just fixed my AC. So far the managers have been super nice. I have lived here since 2018 and I am very pleased with how quickly the maintenance people respond when I have a problem And the people in the office listen and take care of issues as they come up.
