Work With You Tony got in touched with me and took me on a tour to see the apartment I wanted to move into. Been here for a month now and I honestly like it here . They’ll work with you and maintenance a quick to come by and fix things when needed.
Above and Beyond I have been a resident for almost a year now. When I arrived I was blown away at the beauty of the property. The place had recently went under new management and I have noticed that the management is truly doing what they can to make this property a very comforting property for me and everyone living here. My Favourite Place I have only lived here a few months; but it has been an extremely positive experience. The staff is wonderful! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. It is quiet and peaceful here and has the ambience of a small town. Maintainance is very responsive. I have lived in several so-called luxury apartments; but this is by far my favourite place.
I'm used to moving...but... I'm not one for deep roots and somehow I just renewed my 10th lease here. I appreciate the effort and responsiveness of this management team -- I hope the owners don't flip it like the last ones did (and hope the city water issues are soon fixed!) It's nice and quiet and when it happens that someone moves their noise scene here it is nipped in the bud seemingly overnight. Cool place to live Cool place with good location. Parking is not idea though so highly suggest getting your own private spot! Otherwise a great place to live.

Peace and Quiet In all fairness, the retreat at Candelaria is the best place to live. If you need a conducive, quiet place to be, if you are a scholar that needs quietness, if you are at home with nature, just head to the apartment. I am a witness.
Good Place I have enjoyed living here now for almost 3 yrs. There are occasional problems that go on that make life hard. Overall it's good!
Great Place to Call Home I love my apartment, am in my fifth one-year lease. Would like to stay on here for as long as my fixed income allows, hate moving. Location is great, the grounds are wonderful for dog walking, I feel safe. During my time, there have been many staff and management changes...hoping it is stable for a while.
