Verified Renter The retreat is not a bad community, just wish there were updates. I've been here almost 8 years with no updates to apartments, the gym or the appearance of the outside of the apartments.
Verified Renter Everything is good. The service orders are completed quickly. Neighbors are cool in my area at least! There a lot of bugs that make their way into the unit
Verified Renter I love it here! It's a very quiet neighborhood and a very nice property. The apartments are near lots of shops and have plenty of great amenities.
New Caring Management & office staff !! I have been living at the retreat apartments for 7 1/2 years. My apartment has been kept up very good and over time the maintenance has been on time with needed repairs. The one problem I used to have in the past was the changing of management staff that seemed to be too frequent, it got to the point I didn't know who I was going to see from month to month when I went in to pay my rent, or for maintenance request. A real Retreat I find that The Retreat is great place to live, especially if you are new to the area. There is shopping, entertainment and great schools. The retreat is also very quiet and the space you get for the price is amazing. I would definitely refer a friend or family member to move to this complex. It really feels like home.
Verified Renter Zero Stars: The only good thing about this place is the location. The apartments are outdated, and the heating/cooling systems are filthy and poorly maintained. Staff turnover is constant—you never know who’s in charge, and they all lie about how long they’ve worked here. Towing is out of control. Handicap spots take up prime parking with no actual need. Rent keeps rising with no upgrades. They falsely charge non-pet owners, allow dog poop everywhere, and maintenance is incompetent. The owner stalks residents... read more
Verified Renter Apartment was falling apart and the leasing office is not good. I cant wait to move! Maintenance is also terrible. They say they will come and fix stuff and never show.
Verified Renter This experience has been frustrating. Between maintenance and some of the office workers. There are a few that have been super helpful but the majority are rude, unprofessional, and simply unhelpful.
Verified Renter The apartments are not kept up well. No matter which unit you move into you can tell maintenance and the refresh of the apartments aren’t done correctly. They just paint over whatever, glue back whatever, or adjust whatever so it looks redone. The walls are always peeling and the mildew/ mold issues are outrageous.
