Worst place ever lived First of all there are many, many cockroaches in this place. Very big ones at that. I do not recommend this complex at all. I am being forced to move due to my health from the roaches and the noise from disrespectful neighbors that will not let me sleep through the night. Its been 6 months and its pure hell!!! Plus they are making me pay the lease breaking fee because I refuse to live in these conditions.

Waste time if you want. Trying to rent here was a nightmare process. First I was told I had to work with one specific person. Then when I tried to get in contact with her I was given the run around for almost two days before she finally called me. After that they denied my application because I commute to work from somewhere else. I have never heard of that before and asked to see proof and they said it was a corporate thing and they had nothing to show me.

They paint the walls to hide the mold My apartment smelled of paint for atleast 2 months after I lived in. When I had to leave because I lost my job with COVID19 happening. I found mold all through my apt behind where I had my furniture, even furniture and clothes I had in my closet were ruined with mold spores growing on it. After showing the pictures when I moved out to the manager. She didn’t acknowledge it just informed me I’d have to pay the months remaining on my 1 year stay. SMH. RUN AWAY Already off to a bad start. The women in the office have given me the run around with the move in date on not one but three different occasions. It’s super inconvenient especially considering the fact that I have people in place to help me move. For me to have to keep going back and forth changing dates and times is a huge inconvenience. Not Worth Your Time It’s an overall poorly run complex. They say it starts with the head in ANY management operation and it clearly shows here. The leadership is poor, therefore the leasing consultants are poor, the apartments are poor, and so on. I never even officially moved in because they couldn’t even give me a definitive move in date after I had already signed my lease and paid them.

Tried it Apartments are old walls are thin floors are cheap I could hear my neighbors UNDER me walking around in their apartment. Office staff is always changing, the ladies up front are not friendly at all. Rent at your own risk I got fed up and moved somewhere a lot nicer. Neighbors play loud music late at night the office will tell you there is nothing they can do about it. Drug sells happen in the complex all the time. Cars get broken into as well. The list goes on and on.......

Disgusting place!!!!! Don’t believe in the pictures at all. This place is disgusting, the manager is the worst, bathrooms and kitchens dirty, extremely old and nasty. The pictures are a lie.
