Verified Renter maintenance is great but the staff and management at the retreat are never on the same page with things. Extra payments are always randomly added without any notice and we get threats of vacating our apartment if we miss the water/office convenience fee, even though its never submitted on a consistent date. we send paperwork needed for our lease and somehow the staff always loses it or says they don't know how to open pdf files.

Verified Renter Staff changes often. Work requests usually require a couple of follow up requests before complete. We have no dumpster, being made to live next to to garbage dump and still being charged a trash fee. It’s been a MONTH

Verified Renter Management changes so often you can’t keep up with the office staff. They do not notify us about anything if importance anymore. I’m disgusted and disappointed at how horrible this has turned out. My apartment got shot into the other day and not one phone call nor check up on me and my family. I called them about the bullet holes and no one came to fix it so I’m reporting them to the authorities. I’m over it and will probably pay to break my lease very soon. Verified Renter Unfortunately where I stay the neighbors are super loud and obnoxious especially the one above me and will have the nerve to get upset when they hear noise. They don’t pick up after their dogs, and most not all of the maintenance people are slow. The front office has never given me any problems. It’s mainly neighbors and maintenance that need a lot of work.

Renters Beware If you like mold, spiders, roaches, thin walls, and vehicle repos then this is your place. It’s pure trash, so do yourself a favor and spend a little more for a decent apartment. You’ll thank me later.

Worst place ever lived First of all there are many, many cockroaches in this place. Very big ones at that. I do not recommend this complex at all. I am being forced to move due to my health from the roaches and the noise from disrespectful neighbors that will not let me sleep through the night. Its been 6 months and its pure hell!!! Plus they are making me pay the lease breaking fee because I refuse to live in these conditions.

Waste time if you want. Trying to rent here was a nightmare process. First I was told I had to work with one specific person. Then when I tried to get in contact with her I was given the run around for almost two days before she finally called me. After that they denied my application because I commute to work from somewhere else. I have never heard of that before and asked to see proof and they said it was a corporate thing and they had nothing to show me.

They paint the walls to hide the mold My apartment smelled of paint for atleast 2 months after I lived in. When I had to leave because I lost my job with COVID19 happening. I found mold all through my apt behind where I had my furniture, even furniture and clothes I had in my closet were ruined with mold spores growing on it. After showing the pictures when I moved out to the manager. She didn’t acknowledge it just informed me I’d have to pay the months remaining on my 1 year stay. SMH.
