Run don't walk away from this place The worst run operation ever!!!! This retreat is a nightmare of scam artists and because mgmt turn over it takes forever to get a problem resolved if it ever does get resolved. Worst run operation ever!!!?

If you are on a budget go for it...if not...go elsewhere!! I've been at this complex since September of 2016 and I've had 5 flooding accidents. Three of those moments where cause by my upstairs neighbors. In ALL of those situations I had to clean up and replace bathroom mats, kitchen items, and of course bath towels. The only maintenance man that cared is gone. Now I'm currently going through another flooding and maintenance is nowhere to ne found. Also it's summertime and the pool isnt open. be cautious we moved in a one bedroom one bath about 2 month ago. the rent is a pretty good price. the bugs are ridiculous. we live on the first floor. first night we saw spiders and the next morning there was a roach found in the bathroom. we see baby roaches in the shower often and pest control has only came once even though we requested twice. so we got home defense and we still see bugs. before we moved in, a staff member told us we would barely ever have big problems. i know they try to sell the apartment but it was a h... read more

Do Not Move Here If I could give this apartment a negative rating I would. They are a horrible staff and very unprofessional. They recently gave me a 4 day notice on needing something additional that was not in my lease, then because I was out of town, charged me for it because I didn't comply in time. They leave paper notes on your doorknob instead of emailing you or calling. This is the worst run apartment I have ever lived in. Be Very Careful Applying Here First they lost my money orders for my application and 'administrative fee' and I was accused of having taken them with me along with the receipt. They later found the money orders under the agent's own computer keyboard. I am self-employed and even with back statements to show Etsy deposits and Paypal deposits that was inadequate. I have a second part time job and provided the letter from my employer as they asked. I paid a total of $110 to get the money orders only to receive a call at the end... read more

Unprofessional Applied for Retreat & was told the deposit was to be refunded upon denial.2 months pass & still no refund. The staff basically got over on applicants & when I called multiple times to get my money back I was told they had NO IDEA when the money was to be sent back after tellin me I was gettin my money in a week? Very unprofessional in this regard. Staff Needs to learn to keep there word when dealing with potential residents & not giving folks the run around

Move in at your own risk The apartments are ok for the rent, but the office stinks. They don't answer your calls, when you put in a service order be prepared to do it yourself. Oh and lets not forget that the city was about to condemn our apartment because it was NOT up to code. They did nothing until the day before the court hearing and still haven't fixed everything. Don't waste your time Please rent somewhere else the staff is very rude I went almost 30 days in the summer with no ac and they were rude and told us to wait are turn me and another neighbor was burning up sweating over here they brought all these units and not enough staff over here to manage it. I pay my rent on time every month and they are rude the manager April is very rude.

Mishandles Maintenance Requests I live in a single bed and bath apartment, and my toilet stopped working. Since it was after regular hours, I called the emergency maintenance line that was provided upon move-in. On the automated prompter, it said that if your toilet wasn't working(and you lived in a single bathroom unit) that it qualified as an emergency and the on call supervisor would return your call shortly.
