RUN AWAY Already off to a bad start. The women in the office have given me the run around with the move in date on not one but three different occasions. It’s super inconvenient especially considering the fact that I have people in place to help me move. For me to have to keep going back and forth changing dates and times is a huge inconvenience. WORST IN THE CITY Terrible. Bad management and office staff. Rotten floors. Roaches. Thin walls. Old units. Everything bad.

Not Worth Your Time It’s an overall poorly run complex. They say it starts with the head in ANY management operation and it clearly shows here. The leadership is poor, therefore the leasing consultants are poor, the apartments are poor, and so on. I never even officially moved in because they couldn’t even give me a definitive move in date after I had already signed my lease and paid them.

Tried it Apartments are old walls are thin floors are cheap I could hear my neighbors UNDER me walking around in their apartment. Office staff is always changing, the ladies up front are not friendly at all. Rent at your own risk I got fed up and moved somewhere a lot nicer. Neighbors play loud music late at night the office will tell you there is nothing they can do about it. Drug sells happen in the complex all the time. Cars get broken into as well. The list goes on and on.......

Disgusting place!!!!! Don’t believe in the pictures at all. This place is disgusting, the manager is the worst, bathrooms and kitchens dirty, extremely old and nasty. The pictures are a lie.

Horrible staffing, horrible housing. You'll NEVER be able to get in touch with anyone. Their phone is ALWAYS set to automated voicemail and no matter how many times you call NO ONE will answer. After you move in they DON'T care about you, and will charge you for any and every reason they can find. The apartments have roaches no matter how clean you keep your place. You can hear EVERYTHING from your neighbors apartment. Spend the extra $100 in rent and live somewhere actually worth your money.

WORST PLACE EVER I am BEYOND disgusted with this apartment complex. From the time I moved i have had problems with this complex. When I first moved in the first month my air was broken TWICE and they had my son and I living in an apartment that was 92 degrees for 2 weeks BOTH times. Then 2 months later they had me living in a roach infested apartment that contained a refrigerator full of roaches and eggs for a whole month. Brittney played me She saw me several times because each time I came there was something else that was requested. A couple times she told me I could view the apt then I couldn't. The app fee was good until Tuesday when I saw another place that was an example but was unavailable. It was more because it had black appliances then it was the bottom floor and I specifically asked for top floor because I work from home and cannot have walking over my head. The Retreat Apts- A true getaway..seriously I am a 2 yr resident and its name truly reflects the property. You will want to retreat and get out. First, they are dishonest. They do not have hardwood floors, but a overlay that looks like wood. They get away with this lie because they target renters that do not know real hardwood floors. With that said, the treatment of the residents is horrible because they can get away with it. For example, they charge for pest control monthly, but does not provide the service.
