Verified Renter Great community, but I do wish my apartment had been deep cleaned before I got the keys. I think I am going to have to pay someone to come deep clean it. I have never had to do that moving into an apartment before.
Verified Renter Generally convenient complex to live considering the market currently. Depending on the building you live in, bathtub/shower may be prone to molding.
Verified Renter My Residence Experience here has been nothing short of Awesome! If it's broke it gets fixed in a timely manner and it get fixed right! I have been here 5 years and I have never seen a roach or rat! The Office Staff is always attentive and helpfull! Great place to stay!
Verified Renter Maintenance is great, i do hate the fact that bugs can easily get into the apartment from the AC vent, even with pest control coming it doesnt help much, also paying monthly for pest control when they only come every 4-5 months is not cool, and sometimes sketchy stuff happens here. The gutters desperately need cleaning as the water leaks into my building often due to build up. Verified Renter The complex itself is pretty quiet but not family friendly especially if you have kids. There is a dog park and pool but nothing for children to do within the complex itself.
Verified Renter I live at the Retreat Apartments. I've lived here for roughly ten months. It's a very safe and quiet community. The neighbors are friendly. The Apartments are kept up. I moved into an apartment that had, all new carpeting and flooring. The kitchen was beautiful, new stove and fridge. The bathroom was updated, new vinyl tub enclosure. The rent is very affordable. You should come by and meet the office staff. They're very nice and friendly.
Verified Renter Everything was new and renovated. Had that new place smell and was clean and ready for the most part. Rooms are a nice size although I wish there was a light in the living room area. But for now a lamp will be good.
Verified Renter Quiet place, kind neighbors and office staff. No bugs. Nice gym and pool in the neighborhood. Downside is, our neighbors leave their trash in front of their door for weeks and it smells.
Verified Renter It’s quiet and peaceful for the most part. The office is kind of bad about answering the phone, but overall it’s pretty nice. I like that we have two pools. One thing I don’t really like tho is how thin the walls are here.
