Verified Renter I like this area, and how quiet it is, as well as price point. I would love to see improvements made to the apartment for the convenience of tenants. Having to leave to wash clothes in the cold or rain is inconvenient. Only being able to cool one room is frustrating as well. Plus no one likes washing dishes. Fixing those things for the one bedroom units would be a game changer even if there was a price increase.

Verified Renter I had to move very quickly due to an emergency and the team in the office was so helpful the entire time. Alycia did a great job making sure all my info was forwarded quickly and that the apartment was available for move in earlier than the expected time.
Verified Renter The amenities could definitely be better and I wish we had a more interactive community like contests for door decorating on holidays, etc. Also landscaping and upkeep of the exterior of the dwellings could be better…

Verified Renter Quiet and clean apartment. The laundry facility is decent, but I wish it was cleaner. The one pool that is open is nice, but not the cleanest. I am glad there is a pool at all though! And the gym is a nice touch. The office staff is helpful as well. The only issue I have with the actual apartment is that there is no AC in the main room and so it gets incredibly hot with no way to cool it down.
