Verified Renter very safe, very quiet, nice people who keep to themselves, maintence is good. i’ve lived here for 2 years and not many complaints, except our oven/ stove is smaller that the average ones, and some apartments have bigger ones and the a/c sometimes smells weird and doesn’t reach well to the living sometimes unless you have your bedroom door open. so i suggest to get a window a/c if you plan to live here for a year or more.

Verified Renter So far better than expected. Clean and decent size. It's a bit fidgety with some things due to the age of some of the appliances/where they have been painted over and it dried. Outside of that, its a good place for a good price.
Verified Renter Overall not to many issues other than maintenance being lazy and needing to complete things multiple times before the issues are properly resolved. I live in the two bedroom side and it’s been quiet for the most part and relaxing. Everyone keeps to themselves and does their own thing it’s nice.
