Verified Renter Apartments are pretty old for what you're paying. Walls are paper thin. Wish they would be more serious about people picking up their trash. Office staff can be pretty rude, but I am not a confrontational person so I let it go. They have sent me 3 different schedules for pest control, and they haven't stuck to any of the schedules so people are keying into your apartment with zero notice. So that's pretty freaky. Verified Renter The community, while it is on the older side, is clean, quiet and feels safe. It needs paint and parking lot repair, but the price is reasonable. Onside staff and maintenance are excellent but short-staffed and struggle to meet the needs required of them.

Verified Renter Amenities are lacking and subpar. Units are fine for the price. Nice place if you can get things how they need to be. The 1bedrooms do not have AC in the living room/kitchen and that is a very big struggle in spring/summer. Nice location and surroundings. Have not had any issues with pests!
