Verified Renter Peaceful and quiet, only been here for a short while but everyone seems friendly. I will definitely look forward to my stay here long term and hope to make new friends along the way
Verified Renter Quick maintenance response time. Had a leak under sink and they fixed it and left me a report. Gym is decent quality and kept clean and dog park is always open.

Verified Renter Experience has been pleasant for the time I have been here. Outdoors person, i like when grass is cut regularly. Retired and single, I have enjoyed the peace of not having a lot of people standing around. Was not happy about the laundry at first because i came in when it was being changed over. Process has leveled out. I am still a little new so I have not had to call maintenance yet. Hope I maintain that absence.

Verified Renter There's Good Bad and Ugly. Staff are great some all my neighbors are excellent. Some pet owners need to have more respect and curb their pets! Cool place to call home overall!

Verified Renter Overall good experience while living here the past 2 years. There are laundry centers, pools, a small gym, and plenty of parking. Maintenance comes within a day and the office ladies are fairly nice. Some residents are inconsiderate of others but that happens anywhere you live.

Verified Renter Great place to live! Love the pool and dog park. Pet friendly, staff is nice, maintenance workers are great at what that they do! Great place if you have a pet. Alot of grassy areas to walk with my pup!
