Verified Renter Quiet community. I wish there were upgrades. I've been in the community for about 8 years and there has been no upgrades to the units. They are in a great area, I feel renovating them would make them look much better. There seriously needs to be an upgrade to the gym. Why are prices rising but no upgrades are being made.

Verified Renter The retreat is great place to live!! I love how attentive and professional the staff is and i absolutely love that property is pet friendly. I have lived here for about 2 years and I cannot think of a single reason why I would ever want to move. It’s located perfectly in Greensboro with so many great amenities!!
Verified Renter This is my first apartment and I absolutely love it here. I don’t usually have issues but when I do they were fixed quickly. My neighbors are friendly and usually quiet.
Verified Renter i like it here but the outsde isn;t kept up as nice as it used to be maintance is excellent i have a loud neighboor the pooll is nice overall i iike it a lot
Verified Renter I would give it 5 stars but there are too many neighbors with animals who do not pick up their pets' poop. But I like the area, it is very quiet and I feel satisfied with the apartment. I hope to enjoy the summer to appreciate the complex's pool.
Verified Renter We have only been here for 4 months, we absolutely love it! Area is pretty much quiet and neighbors are nice & friendly. They also do a lot of community activities & engagements.
