Verified Renter It’s nice and peaceful, maintenance handles everything promptly and efficiently. The residents are well taken care of. People are friendly and inviting!
Verified Renter The apartments looks nice, beautiful surroundings with green environments. I like the spring here because of diverse trees and variety of flowers. The apartment seems to me old age, servicing request required often. So, we expect better maintenance. The staffs are very gentle.
Verified Renter The current office staff isn't as good as it used to be and to be honest the property is not kept up as well as it used to be either and i lived here 5 or 6 years. Maintance takes longer than it used to.
Verified Renter I love my apartment so far. I haven’t had any major issues or anything that would make me want to move. There isn’t much going around me and I love that. The staff is also great!
Verified Renter It's a very nice, quite and relaxing Community. I just wish they had washer and dryer hook ups in my own apartment instead of a community laundry room. Water pressure changes if different water utilities are used at the same time such as sink, toilet and/ or shower. Been living here for 6 yrs and I've enjoyed my stay here.

Verified Renter It took a lot of work on my part to get management to make apt move in ready. However, since then, they have been very responsive to requests for maintenance. Maintenance crew is awesome! Love, love, love my private patio and the birds! Neighbors are pleasant and quiet. I'm happy living here.
