I love Attiva... (Verified Renter) I love Attiva Denton. I have been here 9 months and have enjoyed the programs at the club house and meeting the other folks who live here. The dinners are a lot of fun. They have card games and dominoes for those who want to participate and I have enjoyed those too.The grounds are well kept and maintenance has been exceptional.
