Verified Renter I moved into Attiva Denton's complex two months ago and am in love with my new home and community. Everyone is so very friendly. The cottage-style apartment is convenient, adorable and comfortable. While COVID-19 has put a damper on the usual activities, the Cortland company has done a nice job with virtual offerings to add some fun to our lives. (I'm especially enjoying the classes in cocktail mixology and painting that have been offered.) They have a few openings, you should schedule a tour!
