(Verified Renter) It often seems the property office staff cares little, or at least knows little about what repairs may occur, but perhaps cares only for all the fancy get-together-activities, in the detailed little special font in which they appear for email and email calendar (although, btw, such fonts are too fine of print or otherwise difficult to read. Verified Renter I love the Attiva Apartments and the community. They are located in a very convenient area of Denton. The club house is very nice and there are things going on there every day. I can either become a part of those things or if I chose not to, that's ok too. The girls at the front desks and the maintenance people are very friendly and helpful.
