Attiva is a... (Verified Renter) Attiva is a great community to live in. Everyone is polite and professional in the work they do. The location can't be beat as far as shopping and restaurants which are located just outside this gated community.

Verified Renter We have been extremely of our experience at Attiva Denton. Brittney was very patient and helpful to us during application process as it was a new endeavor for us. Maintenance has been efficient. We also enjoy the activities provided. Hope to live here a long time. Very friendly neighbors.
