Verified Renter Very convenient place to live. Grocery stores, Walmart and Target, and food within a mile. No noise heard from other apartments.

Maintenance The maintenance at Denton Attive is superb. Jason, Carlos and Eric provide everything we need and try to make us as comfortable as possible. They are quick to field our requests without any delay. They are the very best. We couldn't ask for better. They always have a smile on their faces as well. They are 5 stars plus!!!
Verified Renter Parking is always the main concern at Attivia Denton some folks Dr long larger trucks that take much to much room, but that can't be changed here in these parts of Texas with all these cowboys.
