Verified Renter I have lived here since October 2019. Very nice, quiet community, friendly neighbors, helpful staff, very reasonable rates. Apartments are nice, plenty of storage, all ground floor. I personally would change the indoor paint colors, and would make more handicapped bathrooms available, but that is my personal preference. All in all, very nice, comfortable apartment living for seniors. I am very happy to have found this place!

They are very knowledgeable regarding this community and all it entails!!!! The planned activities are so much fun and gives you the opportunity to meet new people. Verified Renter We appreciate the fact that our apartment is on ground level. The care of the grounds Is great and beautiful. The maintenance staff is ALWAYS willing to help in any way that they can. The office staff always shows kindness, respectfulness and politeness every time I see them and/or talk to them.
