My home I love this place whole heartedly. Its not in the greatest area and it doesn't look amazing, but the apartment manager and staff are great and working on making this apartment complex beautiful. Anytime I have an issue inside my apartment I call or text and let them know and they are always here the same day to fix my issues. Great place ??
In my opinion. .. Bldgs very old. I noticed some repairs are done cheap tools and materials. To date, I have no hot water running to laundry room.
Okay for the price, friendly staff The only issues I’ve had is getting things repaired, my cabinets have fallen apart but with things like my dryer breaking repeatedly it’s been frustrating. The apartment looks great, and I love the staff, but i feel communication could be better. We had an issue where our tub broke and was flooding our apartment, I didn’t hear back from the emergency line for almost 2 hours.
how i feel been here for 6 yrs. residence here dont know how to control their kids stomping when you need quiet
