Rate My experience has been wonderful, my first apartment to live in and it has been awesome. The apartment manager has been a wonderful and understanding, like a family. The maintenance screw is very fast in attending to issues whenever one arises. I am glad I and my husband choose this place as home. We have lived here since November 2019.
Serene Village I've been happy so far being here.
Overall a good place to live! I have lived here for almost 2 years, it is not perfect, but I have been really satisfied with the staff that is important. The property company has also made some nice improvements to the property over the last year and that is nice to see!

My Take . After 20 months renting. Dec.2020 Parking need 2 assigned spots per unit. Would like to use the gym Would like to have a playground Cars just drive thru and use as a cutway. Everything else is OK.
