Great place to live I’ve lived at Serene Village for eleven years now, and even with the normal ups and downs that come with any apartment community, it has remained a genuinely great place to live. It's decent. It's decent. The property manager is extremely nice and helpful, and maintenance staff fixes things in a timely manner. The complex itself is in need of some major updating. The main issues I have come down to the property itself. The units are older and not in the best shape. When I moved in, there were a lot of cosmetic issues that I made sure to document. The cabinets are mismatched, door frames are damaged, and one night during heavy rainfall, my ceiling started leaking heavily. It's since been fixed, but t... read more
