It's decent. It's decent. The property manager is extremely nice and helpful, and maintenance staff fixes things in a timely manner. The complex itself is in need of some major updating. The main issues I have come down to the property itself. The units are older and not in the best shape. When I moved in, there were a lot of cosmetic issues that I made sure to document. The cabinets are mismatched, door frames are damaged, and one night during heavy rainfall, my ceiling started leaking heavily. It's since been fixed, but t... read more

Outlook Generally, most residents are nice; some of them simply refused to put their personal household trash into the container. They leave it on the ground in front of the trash bin, birds poke the trash open, creating an unsanitary situation for others. Stiff rules need to be put in place to fix such mess before it gets worse. Property management is incredibly professional and respectful.
