Amazing staff but thats about it. Many of the tenants at this location cannot read speed limit signs, parking signs, fire lane signs ,nor do they understand what proper noise levels for shared living spaces are. Between the constant stench of pot and cigarette smoke from the other tenants and the impromtu bass guitar lessons at 11pm on weekdays its rather difficult to feel at home and i would not recommend this location to anyone, Especially at this Rental price. It’s better than nothing Not at all as advertised. Place needs serious repairs, environment is loud, agrressive people, violence, just all around not “serene”.

Adequate, but needs major improvement Staff has been pretty helpful but my carpet is disgusting and they won't replace it while I'm living there. I was told I could move to a different unit but that my carpet can't be replaced which makes no sense.

State crazies This apartment complex would be much nicer if the state crazies all lived in one of the 10 buildings instead of throughout the buildings. Being surrounded and the screams and just all around loudness and and threats without ANYTHING being done is unacceptable. The caregivers take all the "residents parking "

Not worth it The parking is decent, when the caregiversfor the mentally unstable are not taking over the parking lot. The insane people they have living here is ridiculous to the point cops won't even show up anymore. Definitely not worth the price we paid for such a crappy apartment.

Location Location Location This place is in a great location in relation to the 2 major freeways and Highway 99. The staff has always been extremely pleasant and very very accommodating. The manager is very very thorough and is always sending out reminder texts or other things that may pertain to certain buildings which I think is amazing. She seems to treat everybody fairly and has really been a champion For the residents during the pandemic. The property itself is very basic but quite sufficient.

You get what you pay for If we could afford to live anywhere else, we would. Parking is a nightmare, with some tenants owning 3 or 4 vehicles and taking up all of the parking in front of that building. Washers and dryers only available in 2bdrm units, but the laundry facilities at the office are rarely in working order. Expect to go to a laundromat instead. Typical trailer trash type crowd, with lots of drug deals, fights between neighbors, and loud music bumping into the night. You can expect to see a couple sheriff cars co... read more
