Security not doing their job over and over again! I'm unsure why we even have a laundry room that we can't access? Supposedly security is supposed to unlock our laundry room at 8:00 am and here it is another Sunday it's 11:15 am in the morning and it's locked. Why as residents do we have to call and leave messages with security to do their job. Of course no one has responded to my calls or text. You are offering a service and as residents we are not being provided it.
