Great Place to Live I've lived at Serene Village for over 9 years now and like most places, it has its usual share of common problems, however, it's a great place to live! The location is unbeatable, with easy access to major freeways, many restaurants and the Alderwood Mall within a 10 minute drive. Great Place to Live Overall a great place to live! I've lived here for over nine years and like most places, it has its share of common issues that are expected most places, but nothing that would make me not like the property. All around good value and place to live For me the staff has been great, no place is perfect, but when the staff is helpful and kind it really makes a difference. Serene Village is close to work for me, so its convenient, but the value is good and over the last year the ownership has made some nice improvements to the property which shows they care and are involved with the management in making it a good place to live.
Well maintained The premises are well maintained and staff are respectful and respond on time.
Rate My experience has been wonderful, my first apartment to live in and it has been awesome. The apartment manager has been a wonderful and understanding, like a family. The maintenance screw is very fast in attending to issues whenever one arises. I am glad I and my husband choose this place as home. We have lived here since November 2019.
Serene Village I've been happy so far being here.
Overall a good place to live! I have lived here for almost 2 years, it is not perfect, but I have been really satisfied with the staff that is important. The property company has also made some nice improvements to the property over the last year and that is nice to see!
