Very Good Only a few days and I love it
Love the location Great spot right above the Farmers market, lots of bars and restaurants available within walking distance or a short Uber or scooter ride. Also unfortunately not too far from some rougher areas but I've never had any major issues with anything like that I've just seen a couple things here and there. Lowertown Commons Excellent Residence
New home I like my new home at lower town
amenities and location The sole purpose of being in Lowertown no longer exists with the Coronavirus shutdown. The number one plus Lowertown Commons had was its location. The amenities have always been second rate. Parking is weak, decor and finishing is outdated and stale, the workout facility is minimal, and access to the party room is difficult unless you plan well in advance, so it mostly sits idle. The price doesn't meet the value.
Review Jen is always friendly, attentive and helpful. She is an excellent ambassador for the apartment community.
Love living here! Great location, awesome staff. Parking can be tricky but that is expected in Lowertown St Paul. Couldn't be happier, to be honest

Comfortable and Convenient Wonderful location in Lowertown, St. Paul. Close to good restaurants and bars. Staff is very friendly and obliging. The building has character and history with lots of the original wooden beams retained. Ceilings in our apartment are especially striking.
