Cleanliness and Staff Responsiveness It's a great location, but cleanliness inside and outside the building could be greatly improved. We did see a significant improvement during the lead up to the recent HUD inspection, and I sincerely hope that keeps up. A sign asking dog owners to please not let their dogs pee all over the front stoop could be helpful in limiting the amount of urine/waste found outside the frontdoors; it is often utterly disgusting out there and that doesn't seem to be the case in front of other apartment... read more

Love the location We love the location and how close it is to so many fun things. Quiet throughout the day other than thuds above us once and awhile. For price, its a little high for the space and quality of doors, windows, washer and dryer etc. Would definitely recommend living here if you simply want to experience living downtown and all that it has to offer.

Lowertown Great! This is my second year living at lowertown commons, the management is great with communication, the maintenance staff is efficent, the building is never loud even though its a dog friendly building. I honestly like living here.

Like being downtown Good just never got underground parking and told next on the list. Lot parking key card not work when needed the most got a many of parking tickets.

Longtime resident I've lived here a while ... more than ten years. Lowertown Commons just isn't the place it once was. Fewer amenities (we have to pay monthly for storage lockers, when they once free) ... fewer renovations (the carpeting in the atrium hasn't been replaced ... or even cleaned in a long time). I don't even know the people in the management office. We never hear from them.

Great Location There were some problem tenants but it seems they have raised standards and most of those people have been evicted. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Beautiful old building with lots of light and the location can't be beat.
